Cubicles prevent companies from getting the full extent of employees. They won’t get as many good opinions and cubicles prevent employees from seeing beyond the walls of the cubicle.
Younger employees are focused on the balance of their work life and their personal life, said Bob Porter. It will supposedly help creativity within the company. The employees can sit at a table and give outlooks better and improve projects and get better results then if you were to have a single employee do a whole project by himself.
The cubicles are nothing but constraints for creativity. Many companies have realized employees are more efficient and creative without the cubicle surrounding them.
