Many people work on holidays. Usually many employers see this as a good thing, but lately people have discovered that those who take vacations are more productive than those who don’t. Now companies are forcing employees to take days off.
Some companies go so far as to shutting down the whole company on such holidays such as New Years and Christmas. Many employers are urging employees to turn off their cell phones and log out of their email to fully enjoy their time off. Studies have shown that those who don’t take days off are likely to make mistakes. This is for the benefit of all over-worked Americans.
This new policy is good for all workers. This will give many people the adequate time they need to relax instead of spending all their time at work stressing them selves out.
